Game Day Buffalo Chicken Dip
Because everyone loves when football gets a little spicy...
1lb of cooked chicken breast, shredded
Adobo for seasoning of chicken
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles or your cheese of preference!
Preheat oven to 350°F
Season chicken breast lightly with Adobo seasoning
Boil chicken breast in a pot of water and cook until done.
Shred chicken breast fully.
Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wing Sauce, ranch dressing, and desired cheese in a large bowl. Spoon into shallow 1-quart baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through; stir.
Sprinkle with green onions, if desired, and serve with chips, crackers and/or cut up veggies.
